TRAINEE EVALUATION : ft. @lgctee
woobin is every emotion rolled into one—besides happy. he’s frustrated, angry, disappointed...all directed at himself. woobin was generally hard on himself, but hearing it spout back at him by coaches he admired and desperately sought the approval of was...simply spirit breaking. the night after the meeting he’d curled up into a ball in his bed and cried. he was picturing himself close to debut...and now it felt like all that was gone.
his usual energetic and bright attitude in the practice room had evaporated with his spirit, even with tee. “ugh!” he groaned, lyrics in his lap and phone in the other, though they were both set aside. if he had to hear that song—the song that was his signal he failed and had to go again—he would scream or cry or both. he plucked his airpods from his ears and laid his head on tee’s leg, since it was softer than the ground. though, he thought he deserved the ground with how he was performing. what even was he doing here? if he couldn’t handle one concert, maybe it was time to rethink paths. “you think i should just become a streamer instead? they make good money right.” he asked, looking up at tee. his eyes were tired, woobin was tired. he needed a friend right now—at least tee was in the same boat.
