Odd thought.
I know so much more now than when I started my nursing program, which is to be expected. But like it’s kind of amazing to start the program not knowing even the most simplest of term such as dyspnea or aspiration. And then all the sudden now, make nursing jokes left and right with my cohort.
My clinical group loves to talk about the insane amount of espresso that I need to consume on a daily basis[depending on the day I drink anywhere from 4-8 shots]. “How are you not dead from tachycardia and hypertension due to all the espresso you drink?” “Oh, trust me, my heart is about to become bradycardic. Today might be the day. What’s the pot at now??” Hahaha.
