I just realized that Touka has an ability to fly with her kagune.

oh you mean how she floats in the air when she takes out her kagune sometimes?

I wouldn’t necessarily call that flying but I thought maybe it ran on the same principle as what was said in Cochlea when she used her kagune to repel Mougan and Aura’s attacks

Higher Mind and Zebizu are immensely powerful quinques so her kagune must give off quite a lot of force when it emerges to do so, which isn’t surprising coming from the Kirishima/Yomo kagune that can create enough energy to form lightning.

Imagine it kind of like a temporary jet pack giving off heat/energy that causes her to float in the air for a short time.
