What is you body type and the features of it? (Pt.1)
There are 3 main types...
Ectomorph: They have a small body frame and very little body fat. These people generally look like tall and lean, with very less muscle mass. They find it very hard to gain weight or muscles and generally have a very fast metabolism.
Mesomorph: They generally have a more muscular body or an ‘athlete body’. They have a normal sized frame and generally have muscles. These people can gain muscles quite easily and have broad shoulders. They gain weight easier than ectomorphs. They generally have a fast metabolism.
Endomorph: Generally have a larger frame than both other body types. They gain muscles very easily. They gain fat very easily as well. They find it tricky to lose fat. They tend to be the weight lifters as they have so much muscle. They generally have a slow metabolism.
