He was turned into a killer, a monster, hunted by both Normies and Outcasts, without ever having a say in the matter. Even his own mother, the one he believed would love him, is hurting him in the name of a cure. He knows there’s nothing wrong with him, being born a Hyde doesn’t make him a monster; it’s others who made him this way. He’s not some animal that needs curing or fixing, not something broken that needs removing to be worthy of life. If they’re taking away a core part of him, he’d rather be dead. He’s done with the suffering. The only person who ever truly cared about him stands over him, axe in hand. He knows Wednesday wants him dead, as does everyone else. It's time to pay for his betrayal, even though he had no choice. If he must die at the hands of another, let it be the ones he held in his own. Let her face be the last thing he sees, because he still remembers her smile. But she spares him, because deep down, she knows he isn't the monster. The first boy she ever loved is still here, because no true monster would ask to be put down.
