sometimes i think about what it means to sleep peacefully along side a life partner and how it's the most profoundly vulnerable moments in a lot of peoples lives.

other times i think about how hotdogs are sandwiches and then i start spiraling

Isn't it strange how, in a world moving quickly, that you are also moving so quickly that it feels like you haven't moved at all? Months of stagnation, and yet you blink and summer is waning away. Opportunities have come along and have passed without notice. There's parts of the self lost to sands of time, and thia sits in the back of the head and takes up space where gray matter should be.
