Winter break
Going to the gym instead of going out to dinner with my family because I haven't even been home for more than a weekend and I'm already annoyed and tired of them. Haven't been to this particular gym since before I moved to Indianapolis over a year ago. Hopefully my parents didn't cancel our family membership because of that

veggie salad with cheese lettuce red onions green peppers mushrooms cucumber tomatoes green olives light ranch dressing ( Mr.Sub's salad)
with 1 pepsi 591 ml
and 1 591 ml coke
2 corn on the cob seasoned with margarine and black pepper and sea salt and 1 medium sweet potato seasoned also with sea salt and black pepper and margarine.
corn was boiled and potato was baked
40 ounces of water
exercise light walking threw out the day
felt good other then tired and a mild headache after dinner. laid down for a rest for about an hrs and felt fine other then some heart burn. Took a body balance tea ( dieter's tea by Dr Lee).
back to gym workouts tomorrow no matter what no more excuses also need to start an elimination diet to see why I have been getting sick so much the last two weeks. Big changes coming
today's weight 143.5lbs not sure why maybe cause I ate too late in the day no idea will see what tomorrow brings
I look at this pic and can't believe how far I come but still in my head I feel like the picture on the left when I look down I see a fat stomach I see fat legs and moobs... But I know I'm getting somewhere I'm proud of myself and I'm thriving and wanting more
PiYo came in the mail today!
So...I just did a walk through of the PiYo Alignment dvd. I mostly watched and listened to what she was saying so I could perfect my posture and make sure I was doing it right. But I did also practice all of the poses, flows, and sets. I'm sore. I didn't even do the actual workout...and I'm sore... This is gonna be an interesting 60 days!

Today I've been off work again so haven't done much again all though I'm feeling better in myself but keep getting stomach cramps for some bizarre reason.. Hoping I will finally get a decent nights sleep tonight! So I've spent most the day on the sofa again, attempted some college work but just couldn't focus on it so I don't a bit of research and that's all. In bed in my pjs and really hoping this stomach pains have gone tomorrow 🙏 Hope everyone's is all well 😄
So, at weigh in today, I lost 1.9kg. After last week and listening to some of Dr Neal Barnard YouTube videos I decided to cut out the avocado I was having every other day, the nuts and not to use any oil. What a difference it has made. I am reading his book on reversing diabetes and am feeling encouraged, hopeful, excited and full of anticipation. Will continue in the same vain this week and we will see how we go.
