Starting weight 17/6/2017 - 118.8kg (261.9lb) Goal weight - 98.8kg (217.8lb) Loss to date -3.7kg (8.2lb)
This week’s loss may not be the most accurate number, since I didn’t really eat enough yesterday, and ended up with a migraine that made me throw up. But for now I’ll take it!
Exercise was a total write-off this week, so my “four weeks of regular exercise” goal will have to start again from today. Also there’s a change to my “get to the probation station” on Thursday goal, because I found out that the walking group has switched a couple of walks and the beach walk I want to take the dogs on is this week. I’ll try for the probation station on the weekend.
