Here is some more of our favorite Disney DadBod. He ate nothing but Disney for food while also trying to lose weight. Started out at 233.2LBS and ended at 233.6LBS. Not a huge difference considering all the greasy food and sweets he had!

How much do you weigh now? And how fat are you thinking of becoming? 🤤
I weight 164,4lbs with an empty belly now, I lost a few pounds in the last weeks but without trying
I don't know how fat I'm going to be because I don't have a goal
My weight today is 134.8lbs. I’m pissed, why tf is it going up, I’ve not been overeating and I’m sure as hell not over my calorie deficit. I’m fucking pissed off hhh.
Hi ^^
Wanted to share my weight loss journey since my diagnosis with ulcerative colitis 🌺
So I like keeping track of my weekly weight.. and will continue to post it like this^^
Week 48/2022: 107,0 kg/ 235,89 lbs
Week 49/2022: 106,4 kg/ 234,57 lbs
Week 50/2022: 105,3 kg/ 232,14 lbs
Week 51/2022: 104,1 kg/ 229,50 lbs
Week 52/2022: 103,7 kg/ 228,62 lbs
Week 1/2023: 103,4 kg/ 227,95 lbs
Week 2/2023: 101,9 kg/ 224,65 lbs
Total of 5,1 kg or 11,24 lbs down
Kinda not sure what to think of my last week comparison of -1,5kg.. I hope it's just because of my higher activity during the day.. I don't know
But it's a steady progress and I think very normal considering I've changed my way of life and diet drastically since diagnosis.
