what do you think we should do about transwomen that exist? how should they be treated (socially, medically, legally)?
That's a weird ask, I don't think we should "do something about" trans identified males that exist currently. They should be treated equally as everyone else in society, because there's nothing essentially different about them that require special treatment or accomodations. They should be free to exist in public, to have jobs, to have housing, to marry, to inherit goods, to open bank accounts, etc.
The main issue is that treating them equally doesn't mean "legally enforcing their wished sex" above their real sex. There's no reason to give them access to other-sex spaces, to finance their cosmetic treatments and surgeries, to turn a blind eye to their crimes stats just as there's no reason to discriminate against them just because they're basically cross-dressing to an extreme extent.
