Toppling Goliath + WeldWerks Forced Flair Double IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 4 of 4. Lots of tropical and stone fruit in the nose, and the body has quite a bit of haze and heft to it. Nice fruity sweetness up front, and lots to love about this -- well-balanced and delivers a huge hop complexity.
Picked up a couple of cans of several different kinds of beer while doing the inventory at one of our brewers. Thought my wife and I would enjoy trying one with dinner. It was Weldwerks Hefeweizen. It went really well with my lasagna, ceasar salad, and garlic stuffed french bread. I hear it has won a bunch of silver medals (I mean the beer).
Fremont + WeldWerks 2424 Hazy Double IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. Smells of primarily orange citrus with some stone fruit behind it, and is a bit sweet and juicy up front with only minor bitterness. Hides the 8% behind some sweetness quite easily.
