I've gained a decent amount of followers lately, well decent for me, and I decided to promote two (well three) of my MUST follow blogs! Just in case you weren't following these two amazing guys (and one super cute dog)

I tell people to follow Anthony over at deadpresidents all the time and I still mean every word! Not only is he one of the smartest and well read people I follow on tumblr he's MUCH more patient then I would be! And he does what is my FAVORITE thing on tumblr his historically accurate transcriptions If you haven't read them go do it now!

The other man for today is AG over at wellthatsjustgreat who is the mastermind behind DUCKY (one of the cutest doggies ever) over at wellthatsjustducky! Make sure to follow both AG and Ducky! You won't be disappointed!

"For once a company isn’t thinking about themselves?" Oh come on, Gazzy. Agree or disagree but this decision is totally based on Sony’ self interests as a business. Period.

My views have drastically changed since writing that post. This is about liability and the fact that Sony is a sinking ship with stubborn captains who will continue to believe they can empty all the water out of the boat and stay afloat despite everything... But they've experienced shit from exposed social security numbers of their employees to racist co-chair emails, everything short of getting people killed. There's probably no way to come back from that.

"essentially: it’s not a contest. everyone has hurdles. i bitch about mine ON MY OWN BLOG…" Bingo! I post a lot about my journey towards better mental health. One key concept I've needed to embrace is that it's okay for me to feel bad about what happens in my life even if others may or may not "have it worse." Their pain doesn't invalidate mine. I bet if I posted that I'd get lots of "likes" from the same people sending you hate. But add race, sex, sexuality, etc to that statement...KABOOM!!

yep.  well... all of those are typically taboo topics.  but you'd think on a blog... on the internet... where no one is FORCED to go..... you could speak freely.

I LOVE "99% of your comments are rude and uncalled for." You've been astoundingly polite. No where near 99% of anything you have posted can be considered rude. But just like "literally" now is allowed to mean "not literally" so too can percentages be made up to support opinions. But of course the real point is that any opinion that she disagrees with is "rude and uncalled for" in her mind. Poor reading comprehension + limited vocabulary + closed mind = tumblr target demographic.
