You were currently watching your girlfriends screaming at each other in front of you.
Or more like, Enid was the one screaming while Wednesday was glaring at her.
Enid was pissed at Wednesday because you got hurt , once again , during one of her ‘adventures.’
You got over it pretty quickly after Wednesday patched you up, but Enid was livid.
“Enid- it’s ok really, I’m fine-“ you tried to reason before she interrupted.
“NO Y/N! It’s not ok! You could have died or something!!”
Wednesday rolled her eyes. “But Y/n Is not dead, Is she Enid?”
Enid scoffed loudly. “No but she could have!! And you don’t even care!!! I’m done, I’m out, enjoy being alone Wednesday!” Enid yelled before storming out, slamming the door behind her.
You press your lips into a thin line before looking at Wednesday. She was staring at the door, traces of hurt on her face.
You furrow your eyebrows and walked up to her. “Hey, Wednesday? Are you alr-“ you’re interrupted by a stiff hug.
“Ah-“ You hug wednesday back and rub her back. “Hey, Enid was Just angry, I’m sure she didn’t mean it. She’ll get over this in time!”
Wednesday sighs and let’s go of you quickly. “Perhaps you’re right. As If I do not care for you, I patched you up, did I not?“
You smile. “Yea. Plus you warned me I could get hurt, I did it regardless of you warnings, I’m sure shes just worried. Everything will be ok.”
You couldnt have been more wrong.
Enid has been ignoring wednesday for a week, staying at either your dorm, or yokos.
Wednesday being stubborn, hasn’t tried to fix it, because she “didn’t do anything wrong.”
You decide to agree with both of them, because picking sides would be a death wish.
You try to get them to hang out and get along, but soon enough you realize ASKING them isn’t enough.
You’re going to have to trick them, so you ask Thing to give them both letters to get to your dorm quickly.
The letter said you were seriously hurt.
Maybe it was too much, but you did what you had to do.
Hopefully you being hurt would make then set aside their anger?
Once they come in, Thing will lock the door behind them.
“Ok thing, get ready They should be here soon. Those notes should get their attention quickly!”
You high-five thing and he goes and stands near the door, out of the way of being trampled.
Moments later you hear loud footsteps from down the hall.
One pair was worried and frantic, the other was meaningfully and quick.
You know exactly who was who.
You sit on a chair in your room and wait patiently, shushing thing. “Shh Thing they’re coming! Be prepared.”
Seconds later the door is flung open and both your girlfriends storm in.
“Y/N?!” “Y/n?” Enid screams, while Wednesday keeps calm.
“THING NOW!” You scream, making the two look at you questioningly.
Thing runs out, slams the door, and locks it from the outside.
Enid groans. “Y/nnnn whyyyy, why would you do this!”
Wednesday crosses her arms. “Yes inform me, why must I be in a room with HER?”
Enid whipped her head towards Wednesday with an insulted grimace.
“I should have know this was a trick, Thing wasn’t nearly as frantic as he should have been.” Wednesday scoffs.
Enid starts up . “Oh yea?! Well I didn’t want to be here with YOU e-“
You ball your fists and stand up. “Ok, that ENOUGH OUT OF BOTH OF YOU.”
You scream, both of them snap their heads to look at you, not used to such an outburst.
Enid starts up again, “y/-“
“NO” you interrupt. “No. I get to talk, not you, ME, because I’m tired of BOTH OF YOUR BEHAVIORS.”
Enid winces as Wednesday just stares at you.
“I shouldn’t have to yell at you, I shouldn’t have to treat you like children, but it seems I HAVE TO , to get you to understand!”
Wednesday opens her mouth, before you glare at her. “Zip it viper.” You state with a growl in your voice. She closes her mouth.
“You both are being immature about this. Enid your being too protective, I chose to go with her despite her warning, that’s MY fault not hers. We both know how dangerous being with Wednesday can be-“
Enid looks at her feet, Wednesday glares at you, and you nervously smile “And of course I love it, heh.”
Your smile drops. “And Wednesday, own up to something for once in your life. Even if you don’t WANT TO, you need to acknowledge Enids feelings and stop invalidating them. You may not FEEL sorry, but you should at least say it, like come on man.” You say as you cross your arms.
“Plus I miss my girlfriends. You may be trying to protect me, but this definitely isn’t the way to go.”
Enid sighs and looks at Wednesday. “She’s right…,I’m reallyyy sorry. I was just so mad, it seemed like you didn’t care at all, but I should know better. Forgive me..?”
Wednesday sighs and look away. “It seems an apology is in order on my part as well. I apologize for not, listening to your… feelings. I will attempt to better in the future.”
Enid squeals and hugs Wednesday, who begrudgingly hugs back.
You clear your throat and they both look at you. “I’d like an apologize too yk.”
Enid drags Wednesday over to you and hugs you. “Sorrryyyy n/n.”
You hug enid and look at Wednesday.
She looks back at you. “I also, apologize for my behavior.”
You grin and pull her into a group hug, then kiss both their cheeks. “I forgive you my loves.”
