Starting this year I knew it would be difficult, hard, anxious. I had a lot of hours of studying in front of me and a bunch of new things to grasp my head around. I knew I had to work hard in order to do “good” on my final exams and therefor to go to a “good” university. What I didn’t know is that I would I learn so many things about my shelf and about life along the way. Back then I didn’t know what balance was, what resting meant, that it meant different things to deferent people. For some people resting is watching tv while cuddling their pets, for some others is dressing well and going out with friends, or reading a book while listening to music. The thing is that we can’t work or study 8 hours a day 7 days a week. We need to relax, to slow down, to do other activities that make us happy. We need balance and we need it in every aspect of our life. Quote: "learn how to rest not how to quit“ That was part one of the new dialogue I am starting on my blog. Hope you like it. Comment down below what you do to rest/relax. I will name it “finding balance”(#findingbalance) (#finding balance)
