Toy Story AU: The Sheriff

Inspired by @westcrnpride, so let’s start this Round-Up right

Woodrow “Woody” Pride was always a fan of the law, fighting to protect his friends and what he believed in. He learned everything about right and wrong from his father, Sheriff Andrew Pride.

Unfortunately, he lost his father and mother to bandits, and had to grow up with a friend of the family raising him. He always stayed on the right path, encouraging his sister to do the same and then...

He lost them too.

Woody’s been in law enforcement ever since, preferring to use his quick wit, charisma, and “pull string” (lasso) to snag bandits off their feet. He dislikes using firearms, the last time he used one was... well, there’s a reason they called him “One-Eyed Bart”.

He sees the townsfolk as family and would do anything to keep them safe. Once he sets his mind to something, he is committed to it.
