that is true. aurane has his head in cerelle's lap, staring aimlessly up at the ceiling with a frustrated sort of tilt to his mouth. the blonde curls of her hair create a canopy as she seems to watch him, and the prince exhales, frustrated.

" was saying this treason ? perhaps, but no one can doubt aurane's loyalty, especially as he's in each small council meeting, attempting to ease the war - minded thoughts of his twin. he's had little success, and those that lie often hold much of his attention. the lies of how much coin they have, how many men, how easily they may win this or that battle. much of that relies on vhagar, or even syndor, though aurane has argued against bringing his own dragon into battle.
