Take a look at these. They are FUCKING FANTASTIC. These were all done on glass plates using the wet collodoin process. The wet collodoin process is a photographic emulsion process where glass plates are coated with wet silver nitrate, and the picture is taken while the plate is still wet. It results is INCREDIBLE high definition images. Also bare in mind that most of these were 4x5 inch plates and larger, which also results in better quality.
Whoever says digital is better needs a good whack on the head. This is just pure photo sex.
