Blethering Ben - 18 - Stepping Back in History

The hills were still stormbound so I spent another day on the coast, this time visiting a hidden gem that someone recommended to me the day before.  So here you have a visit to the Whaligoe Steps in Caithness, which offer a steep and precarious descent down to a secluded cove you'd never know was there.

Interesting wee place, and as was the case for my whole two weeks in Sutherland & Caithness, I had the place to myself :)
