The new look of dosa with Aditi Whole Wheat Atta
If you are rummaging through your store thinking of what to make other than the regular rice dosa or Upma for breakfast, here is a new recipe that’s equally tasty and healthy. Pair #Aditi Whole Wheat Atta dosa with mint chutney or coconut chutney & sambar, to create that yummy twist for a breakfast meal that everyone will love.
Wheat egg dosa
Batter preparation:
Take one cup of wheat, add little salt to it and add 2 to 3 cup of water to make a light batter. It should be in a little watery consistency.
Add the below items to the batter,
Jeera[Cumin seeds] - 1 1/2 tbl spoon Finely chopped onion - 1 Finely chopped bell pepper/Capsicum - 1 Pepper powder - 1 tbl spoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon Finely chopped curry leaves and corrinader leaves.
Now mix the batter well and keep it aside.
Method:
1.Take a [Dosa] pan or any flat pan and spread the batter on the pan evenly.Cook it evenly on both the sides. 2.At this stage, we can call it as Onion wheat dosa. Once the dosa is cooked well, Keep it aside. 3.Take one egg, pour the content into a cup and beat it nicely. 4.Pour the content in the pan. Remember not to turn it. 5. Once the egg is 90% cooked, place the wheat dosa on it and now turn the omlet along with dosa. 6.Let it be on the stove for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
Now the healthy Wheat egg dosa is ready!! No chutney or gravy is required for this delicious dosa.
If you wish, you can serve it alone with Tomato or mint chutney!!
