For the most part it's not I mean sometimes yeah especially towards the beginning, but once you start getting the more heavy ordinance it's pretty okay. Actually this is the first boss I've really gotten stuck on.
That being said, and one guy who reviewed the game brought this up, but sometimes it can't seem to decide if it wants to be survival horror or action horror so you get waves and waves of dudes and you have a 3 bullets in a dinky pistol, 2 matches, and a taser crudely duct-taped to a crossbow bolt so you end up running around, screaming and sobbing and trying to punch dudes to death with hilariously poor results
