Let me set the scene: let the dogs out and Crixus tears out across the yard and then suddenly jumps back and runs to the side of the house. While I'm looking in the yard (from the porch) I see what I'm thinking is a shadow until I realize there isn't anything in that direction that would cast said shadow. Then I start thinking this has got to be the biggest dang snake I've ever seen! So here I am in the same clothes from last night (don't judge), crocs (funny right😂), on speakerphone, using the flashlight from my cellphone to ease a little closer to see this beast of a snake only to realize... IT IS AN ALLIGATOR!!😬 Did I mention I don't have bodies of water in my yard and my neighbor who does have a pond has a fence🤔 ?? I'm not gonna lie, I was going to shoot it but then thought who can I call at 10pm to remove "this baby"? Jonathan, Terri and Hunter came to our rescue!! Y'all!! I seriously though this "baby" was about 2ft long from where I was standing😂😂 Obviously I was wrong😂 Crixus starts barking uncontrollably at this gator flailing around in the front yard which in turn wakes the kids up and well, they were just as amazed as I was that there was a gator in our yard and Bella trying to jump out of my arms to protect us all (she's a whopping 12 lbs)😂 Now as I'm laying in bed, I keep thinking "Where's the mom?!?"🤔 #familycircus #wheresmomma #memories #theyhaveastorytotellatschool https://www.instagram.com/p/B0xMo5GAMdY/?igshid=famodv40d031
