not taking into account our collective desire to see him play in europe forever messi is kinda smart as hell to soft retire at mls already bcs his level is so high everyone is seeing him as a football deity who’s absolutely tearing it up and he’s neverrrr gonna be seen as someone who overstayed his welcome like a certain someone :3c
YESS! He made the best possible decision taking everything in consideration. Not only he is at ease like he wanted, he is still (and always will be) exciting to watch so he is renovating the whole leage rn unlike that certain someone :/
