when they paint angels
their lips are so soft
and plump
as are their cheeks
what prayers do they hide?
do they also bare teeth?
The things we don’t know we don’t know we don’t know
"Imagine if you were the person sitting next to him" !!! Thats JLo!!!! Lmao!!! I wish I was JLo!!!
Ohhh! This is from that time when Lin was on the Today Show with JLo, and he told everyone that he would be watching Hamilton for the first time as an audience member that night. So, lol JLo was the person sitting next to him for the interview, but I meant “imagine if you were the person sitting next to him in the audience the first time Lin saw his own show as an audience member all the way through”. Whoever it was, they are quite lucky!
And yes, who doesn’t want to be JLo?!!?
I totally just spammed the hhhheck out of you and I'm really sorry but also I'm not sorry, not sorry at all. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Hey, I will never complain when people like and reblog my posts—especially original posts (which I really need to make more of). It shows me that you appreciate my work, and in the case of reblogs: my taste. So, keep on spamming the heck out of me, darlings! It’s how you can show me you care.
The first time I was listening to the musical, I thought the line was, "who loves, who dies, who tells your story." And I was like, "that's such a cool foreshadowing" and it wasn't until I saw the title of the final song that I understood.
To be honest, I think the actual “who lives, who dies, who tells your story” is even cooler foreshadowing. And, I know exactly what you mean. I was the very first in my friend group to listen to Hamilton, back when the cast album was still on NPR. I listened to it the day it was released. I had to wait a couple days to talk to people who would understand what I was talking about. My family called me to dinner right after I first finished Act 1, and Dear Theodosia still had me sobbing, and I could not explain my tears to them. I was like “It’s…(sob) this musical about Founding Father….(sob sob) Alexander Hamilton (tears streaming down face)….and Oh my goodness (voice cracking) Angelica loved him too….oh, and he and Burr, they both wanted to be good fathers to make up for their fathers who weren’t around (sob sob)….and none of y’all even know or care what I’m saying but it’s just so good”
I started singing your url to the spongebob song
