Hira: -always goes to support kiyoi at work -has a merch hoard of kiyoi in his wardrobe -does what kiyoi wants

He literally decided to pursue his dream not because it was his dream but because his boyfriend wanted him to. He will do everything and anything for Kiyoi. He's Kiyoi's biggest fan and left because he thought he wasn't wanted but as soon as he found out he was allowed to stay nothing else (including himself) was as importanf as Kiyoi to him. Kiyoi says jump and not only is Hira attempting to mind-read how high, he is also trying to jump higher than that.

Kurosawa: This man is out here reciting poems in his head about how much he loves Adachi LMAO

Joke: the way joke looks at jack!! his eyes say it all. and the way he melts when jack just touches his face/neck.. he is WHIPPED!

Ok listen. Joke met Jack and they had ONE flirty conversation in a bar and that was enough for him to fall in love with the dude. After a series of well meaning but ultimately stupid choices, Joke ended up turning himself in to the police so Jack wouldnt take the blame for the bank robbery he commited. Let's keep in mind that this was after only knowing Jack for very little. He then spent 5 years in prison thinking of all the ways he could apologize to Jack and even wrote a list, and he also got tattoos dedicated to Jack. When he got out of prison, the first thing he did was look for Jack and did The Most to get him to forgive him. When Jack finally forgave him, he did everything he could to help Jack achieve his dream of opening a school for underprivileged kids. When Jack's grandma got sick, he swallowed his pride and asked his dad (a doctor, who was been nothing but an asshole to Joke his whole life and has basically traumatized him into feeling worthless and undeserving of love) to help Jack's grandma. He has both explicitly said and proved that the would do ANYTHING, even risk his own life, just so Jack could be free of the mafia boss that he works for and be able to live the life he wants. The way he looks at Jack with so much love and longing!! That man is so DEVOTED to Jack it's honestly insane. If this isnt being whipped idk what is

Congrats to Kurosawa from Cherry Magic For Winning Most Whipped in a BL Season 2!!!!

Another bracket done!!! And another win for Kurosawa!!!

There were a TON of characters submitted and the prelims were incredibly tight (a character needed to have a higher "yes" percentage of 49%, which is a very high percent; the lowest "yes" percentage of the characters who made it in (not subtracting the "no" percentage from it) was 53%). Which means victory did not come easy for our winner!

However, this has now brought back a long dormant rule of this blog. Back in the early days, Lan Zhan won twice in a row, prompting a rule that characters who win twice in quick succession must go on a cool down period of a couple brackets, in order to prevent one character from dominating over and over again. Since Kurosawa also won the Green Flag bracket, it's time for him to take a quick break. But don't worry! He'll be back soon. And there's no guarantee that he would be applicable for the next couple brackets anyways.

But before we forget, we must also congratulate our second place winner, the winner of the Loser Bracket: Hira from Utsukushii Kare!!!

Funnily enough, Hira and Kurosawa actually faced off in the original season of Most Whipped a year ago, and that time Hira actually won, but then lost the next round to the eventual winner: Lan Zhan. In fairness, the Hira v Kurosawa battle this time was the closest one this whole bracket, being separated by only ONE vote.

Anyways: stay tuned for the poll for the next bracket topic, the Battle of Most Whipped of All Time between Kurosawa and Lan Zhan, and a super secret surprise that I'm going to release later

Kant: Has it been only 1 ep? sure is he being forced to find out stuff about Bison? Yeah but nobody told him to try to fuck the boy or become his BF, nor to try and keep his brother(also a hitman he should get info from) out of the picture And this idiot was on cloud 9 after 1 night acting like the main protagonist of a 2000s romcom sighing dreamily He acts like a fool in every scene he is with the cute assassin, this man is a hopeless case

Shen Wei: he pined after zhao yunlan for 10,000 years. can't get much more whipped than that.

Thousands of years of pining through a time loop and 2 wars, very happy cooking and cleaning for his hubby Zhao Yunlan and making sure he keeps a healthy lifestyle (despite being himself incredibly busy with 2 jobs), zero hesitation about putting himself in danger to protect Zhao Yunlan, stalking that includes moving to the next-door appartment like the crazy man he is, so much desperation at the idea of loosing him again, and finally actually does die trying to protect him. I feel like he qualifies.
