Quick Thoughts about SJWs
I watched a little bit of that Law and Order episode where they addressed #GamerGate and I’d thought I’d quickly point out a couple of things.
Firstly, expectations of social justice have changed from the 19th/20th centuries. Back then, women were only considered second-class citizens. They couldn’t vote, earn equal pay as men or have an education among other things. Expectations of women differ depending on eras and cultures.
But we are now in the 21st century. We are in a society where women have equal rights as men. Seeing that portion of that Law and Order episode made me realise that there could still be some men who are still living in the 19th century. They will ridicule anyone for their own benefit.
Tell me, do you touch women just to make fun of them, or to have fun with them? Think about it. If you’re having fun with them, then you’d be doing it in private with someone you love. If you’re making fun of them, you’re all ganging up and raping them.
This might not be a good analogy for it, but I’m seeing it like an internet revival of the KKK in the 21st century, only they’re not ridiculing people not of their own race, but of their own gender or sexual orientation.
The SJWs who plan to play DOAX3, they don’t plan on yelling about sexism. They just want to play the game for boobs and punches, because to them, girls are their bitches.
Feminists criticising the current game industry could only be complaining because men don’t interpret women the same way they do. They’re probably complaining about how there are too many female characters, the violence or the fact that the breasts are too big. Give this an either or, people might interpret this differently.
I’m not going to go further into this issue since this really isn’t my area of discussion. Basically, this is the 21st century and if your hobby is to ridicule women for having equal rights as you, then you should probably be living in the 1800s. But then again, you won’t have anywhere to complain because computers won’t be invented for at least a hundred years.
