How Do Get Yourself Moving?
I honestly feel a mental block when it comes to do things. I have come to terms that I am lazy and it disgusts me. And even though it makes me mad at myself and depressed I still can't seem to get myself to do the things I know I need to do. My 8Fit app reminds me every day to work out, sends me motivation and when I see it I am game to do it but then I don't. I have changed things in order to lose weight such as eating better and being a bit more active but not to the point where it will make much of a difference. I need to find away to stop stopping myself from doing the things I want to do but block myself from actually following through. Worst part it isn't just with working out but also following through with plans with people, doing the things I enjoy, starting projects I think of and even if I do manage to start something I never finish it. Anyone been through this or have any tips that might help me actually follow through with things.
