Breakfast - PB oatmeal with apples, cinnamon granola, & PB
Lunch - Sandwich with Chickpeas, tomato, sauerkraut, avacado, & onion. Grapes & strawberries. Pretzels & sauerkraut, & lastly an alani
Dinner - PB & J, Grapes, pretzels & sauerkraut. Didn't have the rest cuz I was 2 full (*´▽`*)

I felt extremely hungry today which is good!!! I didn't feel hungry for the first few days at all. During the rare moments I did I would just eat & eat until I felt sick. Once I get in better condition I want to build muscle so I can fight my father when he beats me. He throws me around & it pisses me off. He's 4x my weight & chokes me. The police literally saw the bruises & me blacked out once, I don't know how he hasn't been investigated yet

Sempre tive com problemas com meu peso, e por conta de traumas acabei desenvolvendo compulsão alimentar, porém estou tentando mudar isso agora.
