I have been giving an outline of the original Wicked Musical script (I don't feel comfortable sharing it because it's not mine) and it's very interesting, it's a lot more like the book, Nessa arrives at Shiz after Elphaba, Frexspar is less of an asshole, Fiyero is already married when he goes to Shiz, Elphaba tries to apologize to his widow and child but she's just leaving, Dorothy is here to apologize to Elphaba for killing her sister! (I wanted that in the movie) Nessa does use magic, Fiyero isn't actually a soldier he was in disguise; interesting stuff

Personally I feel the final version flows better in general, but I like many parts of this one (specially in Act 2)

Also it seems I was 100% correct when I noticed is pretty easy to remove Glinda from Act 2; her main contribution is the confrontation with Elphaba, which is sadly not a catfight, but it's about their friendship not a man (actually some of Elphaba's actions are less about Fiyero and more about the Fight)
