THE 13TH WARRIOR (1999)
The thirteen warriors, lead by Buliwyf, arrive at Heorot, the mead-hall of King Hrothgar and his son, Wigliff.
The film, one of my guilty pleasures despite not being anywhere near as good as it should be, is based on Michael Crichton's novel Eaters of the Dead.
The novel itself is an adaptation of the epic poem Beowulf, sans any fantasy elements, and the historical accounts of Ahmad ibn Fadlan's (Antonio Banderas' character) time amongst the Vikings.
