I think Wiktor would clock Hannibal so fast but no justification, vibes only. Which means he'd be in the line of fire so fast like what the hell OR that he'd behave so well it's give Wiktor, and Wiktor alone, whiplash.
I feel like in Resident Evil or things like that Wiktor is immune but nobody believes him and he got bit by Agatha. So he's grumpy traumatized and has to hide injuries from people AND it hurt like. He got bit. And yeah he's still disabled
Asoiaf!Wiktor would've championed for Dunk so easy but he's a northman he'd also ask to be knighted. That being said he already has brain damage pretty bad I can see people laughing.
Wiktor is... Wiktor has good aim but he's not supernaturally good. He also has a lot of issues with his brain. Shooting is very much a last resort. Like wayyyy beyond most TV cops lol.

Wiktor nodded, with the same half-in-thought half-somewhere else. He didn't take the man harshly. There was some truth in what Doyle was saying, but he had also oversimplified...
"Uh-hu... But this is different. This is a tourist town and half the year it's empty. So it's three cities. People behave very different through the year. Classic backstabbing and passive-agressiveness in the summer, then the renovations and mantaining comes and everybody is on edge -- so everyone fights it out in the pre-season... And then when the tourists come they're all friends again, share everthing with each other, and then the tourists leave and it starts over." He shrugs. "If there's a murder, it's in the pre-season." That didn't often include serial killing, but this year it did. Deep down, everyone knew they only had the pre-season to catch the killer. If the killer was a local, they'd stop before the tourists came. There was a feeling that that was true, even when it had no fundaments.
"Some people get very good at spotting the pattern." He was one. Horrifyingly, so was his former-maybe-not-former father in law when it came to his daughter Agatha... Best not to mention that. Grandmas were always predicting the weddings, but he feared Edmund was trying to gauge when it'd be socially acceptable to hit him in the head with a mallet.
Wiktor has absolute amnesia. One day he didn't recognize basic orders, names, faces, textures, anything at all. That was scary! It was a lot of things but it was also scary
