4: misty/lottie/nat (again, yellowjackets)

Hayat Kamille as Maryam in Wild Cherry 1x6
We want to talk about the small but sweet gesture that Eve makes in the BBC interview where she touches Amelia May's cheek with her finger?
Someone create a gif of that moment.
Anyway, aside from jokes, her body language is incredible and adorable. The use of physical contact, even in some interviews with Steve. She is always so sweet that sometimes my heart melts.
Actually, the most messed-up thing about Wild Cherry is
Hiya!! I'm so pleased to see people discussing "Wild Cherry", I LOVED the series!! I'm sooo curious though: a lot of your posts seem to imply that Juliet is scared of Raef as a person (scared he'll take her kids, wanting him to punch her as proof). Do you think she is? I didn't see it. How aware do you think Juliet is that she's in an unhealthy relationship in the series, especially at the start? Did you see any journey in her perspective? Thank you in advance for answering! x
No, I said that it'd be a lot easier for her if she could pinpoint a bruise or broken bone rather than the emotional neglect, gaslighting, and vile behaviour overall. Because that would be visual pain that people could see.
It'd be easier to say this right here, this hurts. Whereas that other stuff is hard to explain to people unless they have been through it.
I think Juliet has never known a healthy relationship in her life and very much at the beginning of the series would not have a clue how bad her marriage was.
Now the theory that she worried about losing her children (is just that a theory) I stand by because of the characterisation we've seen thus far.
Raef is the type that would either gone for custody used Juliet postpartum depression, her drinking, and the promiscuity that her father alluded to against her or not been there at all and blaming Juliet for why he wasn't. Which pre him turning on Allegra, she would have believed. She would have lost her daughter.
Also she loved him.
It is only when she sees Raef through her children eyes and herself through their eyes, she sees him what he is and probably for the first time on her life sees she deserves better
