When they appeared in the Eclipso series they were still working together after Infinity Inc. had disbanded and were highly implied to be in a relationship. JSA (2024) has continued this with Yolanda killing someone who hurt Beth.

Bart Allen/Tim Drake:

Well for one most “Birdflash” is based on Young Justice the TV show where “Dick” is mostly Tim and “Wally” is half Bart. It’s also just a great dynamic between the designated leader and (mostly) serious badass and the comic relief / more hidden badass. Idk they’re just really cute together.
