Metaphor Headcanons 3#

-. When Will started catching feelings for you... Oh sweet summer child...

-. He was able to talk to you normally, like with all his other followers and friends, but he would go absolutely red in the face when your fingers brushed against each other or when you complimented.

-. He feels shy when you say he's cute or brave, and his cheeks are all blushie.

-. Sometimes, he catches himself staring at you, finding you attractive when the sun hits your face just right.

-. Gallica has to remind him it's rude to stare.

-. Speaking of Gallica, she and Heismay are his wingwoman and wingman when it's time to confess.

-. Why? Gallica is a given because she's his best friend, and Heismay was married before, so he should be well versed in the art of courting someone.

-. And when he does confess and you accept, Will is even more of a blushing mess, but, he takes it slow by holding your hand on his.

-. Will is such a gentle lover, and I'll tell you why!

-. This man can do all three of these things with you at once and never get bored of it : cuddles, talking and reading!

-. He is such a cuddle bug!

-. He loves you sitting in between his legs and hugging you from behind.

-. He loves laying his head on your chest and nuzzling it, seeing how it makes you blush.

-. He loves how you lay your head down on his lap while he's reading and just wants to kiss you.

-. And you can definitely expect Will to want to start random conversations with you just because he wants attention.

-. If he is in the middle of cuddling you, you fall asleep and he wakes you up to basically make a tier list, ranking all of your monster fights, in the middle of the night? Attention!

-. He just loves talking to you and hearing you talk back, because he loves hearing your voice and you voicing your inner thoughts.

-. But he loves something even more, when you both are sitting together and you read his novel out loud for him.

-. He's read it over a hundred times, but it just sounds different coming from you.

-. It somehow calms him, and it puts him at ease especially when you run your fingers through his hair.

-. He loves being spoiled with touch.

-. Will is the type who likes to perform acts of service for his lover. In other words, actually spoiling them.

-. He wants to cook for them.

-. He wants to clean for them.

-. He wants to read to them.

-. He wants to buy things for them.

-. He wants to worship them.

-. When Will becomes king, it gets WORSE!

-. He will ask for you to be escorted to wherever you wanna be!

-. He will ask his head chef to serve you whatever you are craving!

-. He will arrange for a garden to be made in your honour just because he loves you that much!

-. As king, his advisors told him to get married as soon as possible, and that was when he decided to have the grand idea of proposing to you.

-. And he probably does it in a similar way that he confessed to you the first time.

-. He probably treats you like his spouse wayyyyy before the actual wedding day.

-. He also teases you sometimes about how everyone now refers to you as the "King Consort" for now up until the actual wedding

Hi there! Do you have any headcanons about autistic Will?

Metaphor Headcanons #1

-. From the moment that Gallica used her little music spell on Will, he was somewhere on the spectrum

-. I think Gallica used the spell on their journey because it works as modern day headphones and blocks out all of the other background noises (carriages, people talking, dogs barking, etc)

-. I think by spending his time around his followers, he was really good at masking, he would copy their behaviour and presume it as the norm

-. He has good social communication and interactions because, well, duh, he has followers

-. Likes eye contact while he's talking with people, I feel like Will can understand a person's actions and motivations more that way

[Spoilers ahead!!!]

-. As for social ques... Well, he's still learning. For example, in Strohl's follower rank up, he says "Don't be a baby" when he goes to read his father's will, and when Hulkenberg asks us to witness the duel between her and Rhodanthe in hed followed rank up, Will has the option to say "If only to witness your victory"

-. I have a feeling that he got most of his social ques from Strohl and Gallica...

-. He especially needs to when he is in a debate with another candidate or simply trying to win over the hearts of his people.

-. Which is also another reason why he's good at masking, because he's kind of afraid he'd be discriminated against even more.

-. I think the reason why he also looked so nervous on the night at the opera house in Alterberry Heights, he was overstimulated and stressed because he was trying to stay focused on the mission but couldn't without Gallica's magic as he had to listen for the signal.

-. And then there's the elephant in the room... The book

-. Yeah, I get it, the boy likes to read and travel! BUT, NOT JUST THAT!

-. Will is literally a manifestation of the prince's hyperfixations and desires and soul! THIS MAN IS A LITERAL WALKING HYPERFIXATION!

-. I like to think that after the main story, Will definitely has a library of books and rants about the plot for days on end to people like Strohl, Eupha and Heismay especially

-. I think he really likes the feeling of soft things, which is why he loves to pet Plateau

-. His teammates have definitely caught him petting Basilio once or twice as well...

-. After a long day of socialising and paperwork he definitely gets burnt out and enjoys long naps... This in turn makes Hulkenberg worry and have flashbacks

-. Will is definitely very particular when it comes to food, he's got a thing for texture, so let's just say I don't blame him for being reluctant when taking Hulkenburg's food

-. I can definitely see him and Maria being autism buddies! So cute!

-. And lastly, I will say that Will teaches Maria how to read eventually and soon, she too has a shelf dedicated to books that he gives to her as gifts
