With a focus on great planning for residents, 64% of the 246 apartments are north-facing, nearly all naturally cross-ventilated and most with sweeping views over Johnson Park and the CBD. Facilities such as a club room, communal shed, and a tramstop café bolster the communal open-space to achieve a complex that’s filled with amenity. The red brick expression links the striking architecture to Dulwich Hill’s heritage houses and apartment buildings. @williamsmart #williamsmart #smartdesignstudio @ceerose_construction #contemporary #architecture #brick #smart.design.studio (di Jakarta, Indonesia) https://www.instagram.com/p/By2LJRQnPcK/?igshid=7642tyrx24kg
