1) What, specifically, was the catalyst for their physical attraction (if applicable) to the other character? In other words, what in particular had them like “Oh, they’re…hot…”
6) How do they react to the realization that they like the other character? Is it an “oh my god I’m never going to think about this again” thing, or are they pretty comfortable with it?
12) How much independence do they prefer in a relationship—do they want to share their lives as much as possible with their partner, or do they prefer to mostly do their own thing and let their partner do their own thing?

Willopeia
1) For David, it would have been after Sprout put them together for an assignment during one of KC’s catch-up lessons. For KC it would have been seeing David whacking bludgers for Quidditch practice.
6) Neither of them are complaining when they realise they like the other. KC is very comfortable with the idea of liking a tall, sporty guy with good hair. And let's face it, KC is a gorgeous girl who can kick David's arse, that's right up his alley.
12) David and KC are definitely a mix. On one hand they both deeply value their independence. On the other, they would also run the Quidditch camp together and be together as much as they can.
18) KC might try to be strong and try to distract herself somehow though she would accept David's help and support. David is more likely to actively seek KC out for support and she would gladly provide him with whatever comfort he needs.
Willowsrath
1) David has had a crush on Erika since he got to know her in second year, while it went away after she let him down gently, it came back with a vengeance after Erika kissed him at the end of his fifth year. Erika realised she was attracted to David at the beginning of her fifth year after realising he would be one of the people she would miss the most.
6) David was admittedly nervous when his crush didn’t truly go away after Erika let him down. Erika was more anxious about liking him since she didn’t want to make it seem like she was trying to mess with him.
12) These two are more independent from each other, preferring to let the other do their own thing but will always be willing to make time for each other.
18) Erika would still remain stoic but she would really be hurting and want David at her side. If it’s the other way around, David would seek Erika out and while she might not offer comforting words, she’d hold him close as an assurance that she’s here for him.
Boothbosca
1) For Amelia, she had a crush on Chiara throughout her Hogwarts years starting from her fourth year but with everything that happened, she didn’t really get the chance to act on it. Chiara realised it after being concerned with Amelia’s safety during the war when the Order learns her apothecary was destroyed.
6) Chiara was initially freaked out because while she had still made friends she wasn’t sure about being in a committed relationship, knowing that her partner would have to deal with her transformations. Admittedly, Amelia was apprehensive about Chiara’s lycanthropy but reasoned she could help brew wolfsbane potions.
12) These two definitely want to share a lot, especially since it helps the two of them relax from their stressful jobs as a healer and magizoologist respectively.
18) Both of them will actively seek out comfort from the other. Chiara was one of the first people Amelia sought comfort in after Alder’s death.
Katriona Cassiopeia, owner of a charity with branches across both Europe and the USA that provides disadvantaged children the chance to partake in sports. Sometimes, she needs a break from the stress of running it. Luckily, her favourite coffee shop close to her estate in Wales is her favourite place to relax, it helps that it's manned by an especially handsome barista.
David Willows, ex-pro footballer who eventually decided on a more simple path in life. The work may be somewhat tedious but at least he gets good tips. A very recognisable (and beautiful) regular in their small Welsh town is an added bonus for the barista.
Reubeila
Zoologist Reuben Willows, known for his work with crocodiles, alligators and gharials has never had a relationship last more than a few months. Still being pestered by his estranged parents never helped matters. He'd given up on finding someone until a newcomer at the gym caught his attention.
Pianist Leila Hellebore, known for performing up and down the country. Shrugged off the idea of love, especially with her mother insisting on finding a partner for her. Yet a very large fellow at the gym who showed her the ropes certainly caught her attention.

Willowsnyde (David x Merula)
10) For Merula, it was a mix of putting David in danger after defying her family yet still feeling a misplaced sense of loyalty to them. For David, he was worried about taking things too fast as he knew of Merula’s history, not wanting to freak her out.
29) The main compromise came largely just after their graduation. David was training with the Wimborne Wasps as their new beater while Merula was working as a curse-breaker for Gringotts under Bill in Egypt so getting used to not seeing each other as often as they wanted to was a reality they had to get used to. Yet it was that time apart that truly made them realise just how much they wanted to be with each other.
31) For Merula it’s David’s obsession with sports, she likes things like football and quidditch but she’s nowhere near as into it as he is. For David, it’s Merula’s tendency to take an organised chaos approach to sorting items in the house, yes David surprisingly likes keeping things more organised than that.
Willopeia (David x KC (@kc-needs-coffee))
10) For KC it would be her death eater mother loathing the fact that David is a half-blood and subsequently trying to hurt him. For David, it would be worrying about potentially ruining his and KC’s friendship.
29) Their biggest compromise comes during their quidditch careers, knowing that their schedules would frequently keep them apart. The next biggest comes from KC having to accept David working for the Order (and subsequently putting himself in danger) during the war.
31) This applies to both of them but it’s having a tendency to support rival sports teams. For example, David supports LFC, KC supports Manchester United.
Reubeila (Reuben x Leila)
10) For Leila it would be putting Reuben in danger from her family. For Reuben, it would probably be worrying about how he would mess up their relationship given his inexperience and the abuse he suffered at home.
29) It largely involves their work at first and acknowledging they wouldn’t always be able to be around each other a lot. Reuben having to work with dragons and Leila during her time as a hit wizard meant that the evening was really the only time they could hang about together.
31) For Leila it’s having to share her husband with a bunch of overgrown, fire-breathing lizards. For Reuben, it’s Leila’s tendency to go out in the rain as it can sometimes make her sick.

That had been the last conversation KC had had with David pre-match. Sure, she knew he would react to her playful teasing but being asked out by him had certainly been unexpected.
Not that she minded, last year he had taken her to the Celestial Ball. Though the solitude of the Ravenclaw common room would have been welcoming, she couldn’t deny that they were in perfect sync on that magical night.
How he had twirled her around, she laughing enthusiastically even if she wasn’t one for such events. How he had held her close as they slow danced to a much more fitting song for the night, her blue eyes never leaving the gaze of his warm brown ones as if they were all that mattered. How, when he had escorted her back to Ravenclaw tower, she had given him a hug, wanting to linger in an embrace with him for just a little more time.
Even more surprising to the two of them, how she had given him a quick peck on the cheek.
For a while after that they had danced around each other awkwardly. There was no denying they had chemistry yet neither of them seemed to want to approach the subject. Until tonight that is.
Now as they walked along to the venue with the thronging crowd, holding hands as their fingers interlocked so they wouldn’t lose one another. They knew they would enjoy the show.
KC could hear the thrum of the music as it became louder, more intense. This would be the best time, she decided, to alleviate the nerves she was currently feeling. She stopped, becoming an anchor that forced David to turn back towards her. She chuckled at his puzzled expression, he looked cute like that.
With one hand she gestured for him to come closer, as he leaned down, she captured his lips with her own. Deeply inhaling the salty sea scent from the gel he had used to slick his hair back. When she broke away, David’s had gone wide with surprise, yet that was soon replaced by the grin he broke into.
Leaning in again, he initiated a second kiss. It was not quick as hers had been, his was slower, more intimate as he tasted her cherry lip gloss, their lips moving together in tandem.
Renewing their grip on the other’s hand and now with an assurance this night would be one to remember, they pushed their way through the crowd. It was almost time for Blitzkrieg Bop after all.

6) What do they love about each other?
David: He loves KC's passion for Quidditch that rivals his own, as well as her dream of opening the Quidditch camp. It's very much inspiring to him to him to the point that he becomes an instructor at the camp.
KC: She loves David's wit and his ability to keep up with her. Whether on the Quidditch or in terms of banter.
10) What are their love languages?
Words of affirmation, quality time and physical touch are their main ones.
If either of them have doubts about something, the other will be there to raise them up.
They're always willing to make time for each other, often simple things. Making coffee for each other, stargazing together or even just pillow talk.
If KC ever needs physical comfort, David is more than willing to wrap her up in a hug, she loves the feeling of being held by him.
19) Talk about a headcanon you’ve never talked about before.
There are moments where David will put on Blitzkrieg Bop and proceed to start slow dancing with her. It never fails to put a smile on her face from the silliness of it all.
Reubeila
19) How about the day Reuben proposed?
The scene, the grounds of the Llwelyn manor in Autumn. The leaves changing to hues of yellows, oranges and browns as they litter the ground. Reuben asks Leila to take a walk with him. Unusual as it's raining quite heavily. They walk to the shore of a lake on the manor's grounds.
It's here with the rain falling all around them as it impacts against their shared umbrella, Reuben takes out a ring. Silver, embedded with a polished jade as brilliant as her eyes. He asks her there and then if she'll be his partner.
Katriona had always hated Herbology but she thought she could at least get away with not having to resit her exams in it. That wasn't meant to be as her professor had her repeat her fourth year examinations. Still it would have been worse without the presence of a handsome Hufflepuff.
David hadn't expected to be chosen to help out any student with their work, least of all someone resitting their exams. It had been a surprise when Sprout had done exactly that and asked him to help out Ravenclaw's Rising Star. Spending time with her will certainly be an experience.
David will make sure she's got plenty of French Roast coffee to calm her nerves. Also if she wants, David will absolutely wrap her up in a hug just to comfort her.
KC however will treat her boy to a pampering session, insisting he takes at least a day off work while she spoils him.

David calling her "boss" and they exchange a smirk, both knowing the results of what happened after the first time he called her that.
In the Willopeia universe, how does David feel about Katriona’s loyalty to her hometown in the states?
Will he ever spend an extended summer or holidays in the city?
David understands that loyalty all too well, seeing as he loves Liverpool to the extent that he does.
He would love having holidays in NYC, probably using the time to find common ground with her dad and sightsee (including attending a few baseball games). He'd love to see New York no matter the season.
