while the free time to not worry about due dates is fine, i think its the memories that really feel good

That's horrible....I hope you feel better.

I’m feeling a little bit better today. My throat isn’t bad but my chest is hurting every now and then.

I’m currently staying in my bed (I have a table for my laptop next to my bed which I’m thankful for) while watching random videos. I should get better in a couple of days.

Me keeping Belloc, the King of the Kaiju as a pet: Good or bad idea? And the up & downsides of having him as a pet.

“I’d say bad. Dad doesn’t really like people so, unless you want him to either burn or eat you,” or crush. Really, there was too many ways Belloc dealt with people, “I’d say don’t do it.”

“Though, if you did manage to find a way to have a good relationship with him, there are many advantages. He could remove threats, take you to places, tell you stories of the past,” normally they are interesting stories, “keep you warm, scare people to give you stuff. Of course, there’s many problems with it. Ever dealt with a Kaiju when they are ill? Not good. Human and pet medicines won’t be strong enough to cure him. There’s also lots of damage you’d have to pay for, the fact that others would want to kill you, him being too big and needing a big enough space to stay, him stealing endlessly, needing to eat a lot of meat, and him possibly being a jerk who decides letting you sleep on the edge of a cliff is a good idea.”

“Oh, and he’ll probably leave you for long periods of time. Like, 16 years.” Yes, Duncan was still angry about that.

I wonder if talking to Belloc will make us pals? I wouldn't mind listening to his backstory & why he's not a fan to humans. (except for you & your mom) I would also understand what it's like to be a kaiju & how it changes everything. Heh. & it's a long shot, but maybe he'll like me & would think of me as a friend. ;)

“I guess that could work...if you had somebody with you for protection so he couldn’t end you straight away,” after all, if his mother could get him to talk and they became a couple. “It would be nice if my father did get along with others. Maybe, that way, he would change his ways and stop trying to get me to take over his role as well as try to bring peace between our two races.”
