Warning: Rant
So, after making a comment on a post about LGBTQA people in history and checking back at other reblogs... Yikes. I was definitely reminded why I rarely venture into that territory although I personally believe Aces belong with the LGBTQA community. So much hate on Asexuals... Like, I already get erased or hated by straight people. I honestly have given up on personally being included anywhere because it feels like about 80% of people think I don't belong in their community. At least on Tumblr. Like, guys, FACEBOOK was more accepting. Granted, I could hand pick that only my friends saw it... But still. I feel like hiding my asexuality until I can feel out how someone would react is... Kinda the point of having a community? Like the LGBTQA? I just don't have the energy to deal with all the hate most days. I dunno peeps. Just kinda seems against the whole pride spirit to turn around and say Asexuals don't exist or are intruding for insinuating that somebody might be ace.
