A my ting dis 🙌🏾 good idea to wine down Wednesday with a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. A likkle swirl, aroma smell then sip. Ahhhhhhhhh 🍷 . . . . Confession: my red go-to is always a cab. Not too sweet. Not too dry/bitter. I don’t follow the pairing - whites with fish and reds with steak blah blah Total BS. I pair with whatever I feel like and it still enhances my meal/palette. Best though is with a cheese platter filled with Gouda, brie, Munster, cheddar, jams, honey x an assortment of fruits x crackers. #bliss . . .
