So many times I struggled with making my battle with mental illness a part of my story. But as you can see by turning on the news, scrolling your FB feed, or through conversation that mental illness is present and isn’t going anywhere. It really needs to be addressed a lot more. But addressed with solutions. There aren’t cookie cutter ways in dealing with mental illness. But one thing you can do is educate yourself about it. Whether it’s for better understanding of it or to better understand yourself. Part of the issue is recognizing that it is not a curse and should not make you feel shame. It is the stigma that society puts on us that makes me struggle with the decision to admit to it. And I know this is the same for others. But this is my TRUTH! It is your TRUTH! I stand in my TRUTH! Stand and hold your head high! You have to accept it in order to take the steps to deal with it. Learn to “WIN”! I am winning every day! I understand you... I support you.... Let’s do this together! Love, light, and blessings... 💋 #winningoverdepression #standingtall #lifestrategist #pushforward #noshame https://www.instagram.com/p/CCydXBqlC6q/?igshid=1n2m2w343ptpi
