Just got done watching some episodes of The Witcher. While peddling. 26.5 miles to be exact.
That should be enough to burn off my stress.
Calories are allegedly within goals. Not everything was tracked exactly- with caramel mocha protein, Turkey jerky, avo mayo, & green beans being the guesstimated quantities. 1728 out of 1800. Well done!
I really need a food scale for downstairs. And a frother.

I did not binge, and I did not drink, even though today was a struggle mentally.
That is 2 NSV for sure. The other is mental toughness on a day that was shit. 26.5 miles took me over 100 minutes. WAY TO GO!

I had an opportunity to travel to Goblin Valley and it's amazing! Even though it's snowing but there is a lot of rocks to climb on enough to warm you up and you might find a secret cave!
