Moments of today. 2.24.26
Late-February sunlight, and the way it made shadows around campus was nice.
An interesting CLST seminar and I was glad to see some classmates. I also had good classes, with a helpful workshop in classical econ.
I had good interactions, including one with my friend from roman discourse.
Warm and encouraging moments of connection. Hearing that I’m doing good and to keep growing was really boosting.
I met up with my friend and had a nice time hanging out.
A nighttime full-body lifting, endurance training, and HIIT workout. I felt good and did heavier lifts, and chest and arms drop sets.
Reading and working on a problem set for chemistry, studying, working on essays, reading for classes, and working on RA tasks.

first day of my 2nd academic year
normally, i wouldn’t post so many photos, but this was such an amazing day. the term has started and i’m honestly living my best life.
1. in the morning i woke up earlier than i had to, so i had some extra time :) i made myself tea that is supposed to taste like apple strudel, sat on my bed and sipped it while enjoying the view out of my window.
2. then i attended a statistics lecture. it was at a different faculty than mine and i’m not even signed into that subject, but my friends wanted me to go there with them and the professor was eloquent af. i didn’t understand a lot (me and statistics aren’t best friends), but really enjoyed it.
3. i sold two textbooks and i needed one for my english class, which i managed to buy super cheap. i celebrated international coffee day with a soy latte from our cafeteria. afterwards, i attended first lecture of the academic year at my faculty -- constitutional law. i also had lunch (wok noodles) with my friend, but i haven’t taken a photo of that.
4. i bought my favourite soy milk for homemade coffee. little things like this make me so happy.
5. meal prepped for the rest of the week (pasta with basil pesto, veggies and smoked tofu <3).
6. and finally, me. this was late in the evening, so i don’t look that great, but i wanted to take a photo of myself on such a special day.
What if... for next winter term.... I just go up to an abbey and knock on the door like
“Can I stay with you for three weeks or so? I’m not Christian but I really like God and I’m super into your architecture”
3/100 Days of Productivity
Spent majority of my Saturday indoors sleeping in and taking naps. I really didn’t do much today, but sometimes, being productive also means taking the time to unwind and relax for yourself.
Wrapped up the evening with some light homework. The thing that’s great about Winter term is the fact that you only have to focus on one class for two weeks. It’s a great way to knock out some unnecessary requirements or take a class that you really need to focus on.

First day of the term is always a little hectic, but it feels good to be getting back into a school routine. Here’s to a new year, a new term, and a chance to set better goals, create better habits, and learn new things.
