I always used to watch pirates of the caribbean when I was ill, now my go to kind of lazy films are any kind of silly/light romcoms like pitch perfect or clueless. and when I'm sad I watch disney, particularly the little mermaid

Dear future me,

I hope you graduated by now and that you're working to move to Washington DC. Or maybe you already live there.

I hope you're happy with where you are and that you don't have many bad days.

I hope you're surrounded by amazing people, but I'm sure you will be.

I hope you're still friends with Mina and still dating Kate.

I hope that when you do get low you look back and realize how strong you are. How strong the past made you and that you can get through anything.

I hope when you're feeling stressed you take a step back and realize that this is nothing.
