@wiseoldmage liked for an event starter !
Honestly, Sixer should be grateful he walked away from that conversation when he did - that, and that he wasn't quite spiteful enough to take the both of them out over it. Even if it was tempting. Very tempting. He loved pushing the mage's buttons, getting in his head and frustrating him, but things were more... difficult to balance in that regard, now that too much discontent between them could kill both of them. Or at least mangle them into one, combined twisted creature that both was and wasn't either of them. If it was anyone else, it might be funny! But it wasn't.
So, for now, they'd both decided the silent treatment was what worked best. He's wandered a fair distance from his anchor to this reality, and a few magical disturbances were called for - he's wondering how many people he can freak out by levitating a few random objects around. Someone's taken enough interest to stare for a bit at least, and he has no hesitation making his opinions on them known.
"Sheesh - that hat is not flattering on you."
Usually those attuned closer towards magic could hear the whispers of spirits - or in this case, demons - and he can't tell if this stranger is or isn't; honestly, he didn't care much if they overheard his comment. He was right, after all.
