In astrology, there are 8 lunar phases and each one represents a different personality type. To find your type, use this Moon Phase Calculator.
Keep in mind that you may have been born in-between two different Moon phases, in which case I suggest going by the Sun-Moon aspect to determine your lunar personality.
For instance, I was born between the New Moon and the Crescent Moon phase (exactly 1 degree away from the Crescent phase), but the calculator will give me a New Moon result. However, my Sun and Moon are semi-square, so astrologically I’m a Crescent Moon type.

According to Greek philosophers of the 5th century BCE, the four elements form the basis of all being. The four terrestrial elements originate from the archetypal qualities of dry, wet, hot, and cold.
🌱 Earth represents that which gives substantiality to all things, whether solid, liquid, gaseous, ethereal or spiritual (solidity or stability). Earth is heavy, cold and dry.
💧 Water represents that which moves and renders things liquid on either plane of existence (motion). Water is cold, wet and soft.
💨 Air represents that which enables things to assume a gaseous form (extension). Air is light, hot and wet.
🔥 Fire represents that which endows with force (energy). Fire is hot, dry and argent.
And, finally, there's a fifth element too (which I have not included in this meme as it isn't traditionally used in Western astrology). It's called ether in Western mysticism and akasha (space) in Indian astrology.

The phases of the Moon also have different effects and influences on the Earth and all living beings. The lunar phases can alter the ocean tides, the weather, our sleep patterns, our moods and many other things.
Throughout history, wise women and men were aware of the power of the Moon and its changing phases, so they developed spells and rituals for manifesting with the Moon.
Note: The waning/receptive phases are best for banishing/receiving/letting go of something, while the waxing/active phases are best for attracting/manifesting/working towards something.
Here’s what the 8 phases of the Moon represent in astrology:
New Moon 🌑 — the Sun and Moon are conjunct in the same sign or semi-sextile in this phase. Keywords: blank new page, new chapter, new beginnings, new ideas and thoughts, insight, realization, dreaming, contemplation, the “heureka” moment.
Crescent Moon 🌒 (waxing/active) — the Sun and Moon are semi-square or sextile in this phase. Keywords: conceptualizing, declaring, announcing, settings intentions, affirmations, planning, gathering data, journaling, research.
First Quarter Moon 🌓 (waxing/active) — the Sun and Moon are square or trine in this phase. Keywords: taking action, being dynamic, taking the first step, setting things in motion, growth, taking initiative, moving forward, fixing, solving, handling crises, making a decision.
Gibbous Moon 🌔 (waxing/active) — the Sun and Moon are sesquisquare or quincunx in this phase. Keywords: refining, perfecting, precision, honing your craft or skills, working on a plan, working towards a goal, revising, preparing.
Full Moon 🌕 — the Sun and Moon are in opposition in this phase. Keywords: clarity, objectivity, illumination, awakening, completion, momentum, enlightenment, accomplishment, peak, fulfillment, revelation, solution, balance, the middle ground.
Disseminating Moon 🌖 (waning/receptive) — the Sun and Moon are either quincunx, sesquisquare or trine in this phase. Keywords: harvest, service, sharing, reaping the benefits, enjoying the fruits of one’s labor, helping, supporting, nurturing.
Last Quarter Moon 🌗 (waning/receptive) — the Sun and Moon are square or sextile in this phase. Keywords: release, letting go, transformation, change, readjustment, breakdown, transition, decomposition, purging.
Balsamic Moon 🌘 (waning/receptive) — the Sun and Moon are semi-square or semi-sextile in this phase. Keywords: surrender, endings, maturation, finality, rest, introspection, acceptance, retreat.

The Sun has reached 0° Tropical Aries ♈ (March 20) and will soon be joined by Venus (March 21). Astronomically, this marks the first day of spring in the Northern Hemisphere, characterized by having an almost equal amount of daylight and night across most latitudes on Earth.
For thousands of years, the March equinox has been celebrated as a time of rebirth, fertility and abundance by many countries and cultures around the world. Megalithic people in Europe calculated the date of the spring equinox using circular monuments constructed of huge stones (e.g. Stonehenge).
This time around, Aries season has kicked off with Fire & Air sextiles (an easy and smooth energy), leaving only Mercury in Pisces till April 3. Expect springtime to be very active and eventful!
