so, um, sorry if this is a dumb question. or if its been asked before. but like, its kinda personal-based anyway and i just want a second opinion on this situation. my mom's mom was said to practice witchcraft a loooong, long time ago, back in like her 20's, but now shes pretty orthodox Lutheran if that makes sense. my mother said that she was a witch, but, i kind of have a hard time believing the things she said, because she drank a lot and usually only mentioned the occult when she was(1/?)

(2/2) drunk. i remember a couple of occasions she talked specifically about being able to call or control the wind/rain. i myself am a witch, though for me its had nothing to do with my maternal ancestry. i just find paganism and the spirituality surrounding it to be personally refreshing and fulfilling. plus, i have almost zero tendencies and attractions towards weather-based magic. i just want to know: from this info, does it sound like my mom could have been legit? would this affect me? thank

Literally why does it matter? You said that your ancestry doesn’t matter than why does it matter of she was or was not a witch? It wouldn’t affect you at all and I think that maybe you should care less about what people think.-Luna

i, uh, actually view bubbles/soap(which makes bubbles lmao) as pretty good air reps? i just have a little bubble blower for it. oh!! and wind instruments!!! and those little fold-fans, you know?? and balloons. all good alternates haha.
