I wanted to share this fun activity that I do every few months to get clear on what I want or who I want to be. It's nice to look back on and see how much my perspective and preferences have or haven't changed, so I'm sharing it with you all in hopes that it can be just as beneficial or even just a fun distraction from a hectic life.

You're going to need a journal, paper, notes app, laptop, iPad, tablet...whatever you feel comfortable writing in; and for every area in your life, you are going to answer the question "What do I Know to be True?" (So yeah, just regular scripting lol ♡)
Try to get as detailed as possible. Go all in. As you're writing, ask yourself questions like:
How do I benefit now that I am who I always wanted to be?
How does this area of my life look now that I am the desired version of myself?
How do others show up for me?
How does _______ work for me?
What are my views on this topic?
If I remove all logical thinking, limitations and reasoning what could I do, be or have?
Is this what I truly want for myself or am I holding on to someone else's assumption?
Am I thinking for myself right now?
So it should look similar to this but in more detail...
What Do I Know to be True?
I have the most perfect self concept in the world. I love myself, I am cherished, I am intelligent, I am confident. I have always prioritized my happiness and peace and everyone one acts accordingly...
I have always been lucky in love. I am someone who people commit to. I am someone that my partner is loyal to. People always show up at the best versions of themselves for me, and why wouldn't they, I'm the prize, I am one of a kind....
Benefits of this activity:
You get clear on who you want to identify as.
You get to take a break from your main manifestation while still thinking positively about your life in general.
You can do one topic a day when you're bored, or you can go all in and hit flow state.
You can use it to remind yourself of who you've decided to be.
It helps declutter the mind.
It's a good distraction and gets your creative juices flowing. If you're writing, use gel pens, crayons, colored pencils, paint, stickers- whatever you got. If you're typing, color code, add memes, bold it, download characters to spruce it up or don't. Really pour into it, because you're pouring all the wonderful and loving thoughts back into yourself. Most importantly, do what you want, do what you love and have fun.
(Some of these can be grouped together, and also feel free to add in any other topics that are personal to you)
Career/job market/ work life
Manifestation/Non-Dualism
Nervous System Regulating

You only know what you assume, and what you assume is your truth.
So tell me, what do you know to be true for yourself in your reality?
