HE COULD BE CONSIDERED ADMIRABLE. Never in a state wide sense - only in a, around-town sense. JOAQUIN VEGA owned his own community paper and in addition, had another job where he dabbled in photography. Taking family pictures and the like. Sheila never worked for him, considered, working for him but ultimately it was her friend Chantal who was employed under Joaquin. They were both fresh out of college, this was her first real job - Sheila was still looking for a job. In addition, Sheila was on the fence as to whether or not she wanted to leave Newnan. Chantal never returned back to their apartment in good spirits, often she was not just tired but a little perturbed. Joaquin would only pay her thirty dollars per story - and if four stories were written in one week, he would only give her money for two stories: the money for the other two stories would be given in the following week. Came a time when Joaquin didn’t appreciate a paper Chantal turned in, over the phone he talked to her as though she was a child. And, Sheila couldn’t mind her own business. She made her roommate's business her business by posting flyers in the downtown area; slandering Mr. Vega’s good name. Sheila’s ‘help’ wasn’t appreciated. Chantal fussed with her because through it all, she didn’t want to lose her job.
