Through a series of unfortunate circumstances, Underfell Sans ends up falling into the Undertale Universe, where Sans, Papyrus, Frisk, and Lena had been in the skeleton brothers’ old house in Snowdin, Sans wanting to show his mate some of himself and his past, as well as wanting to get back to the machine he’d kept locked up in the basement.
Who knew that trying to create a doorway inside the machine would turn out like this?

I'm kinda curious to know how Sans feels about his counterpart messing with his mate. Also, in theory, does that mean that Lena in another universe is Red's mate?
In regards to your second question, maybe they would be! But the Underfell timeline this Fellsy (or Red) came from never reached the surface. So he’s never seen the surface until now.

Yet Darker.
The Void always made him feel something before, something akin to discomfort, but this was something else entirely.
He remembered.
He remembered cutting a shortcut, trying to get back to his mate and his brother, his family, and then, suddenly… nothing.
Emptiness.
Darkness.
A white hand, incomplete, reaching for him and pulling him in.
A garbled voice, cut through with static and interference, like a bad radio station. It clicked and skipped, like a scratched CD or a broken record, and he’d never wanted anything to shut up more.
‘I kept you from being lost to the Void, my son,’ It said, something about the voice being spoken outloud and the one whispering inside his skull so vastly different, yet exactly the same.
He’d had so many questions, but they’d all been lost the moment It showed him the windows.
He saw himself, but not himself, walking through the snow in Snowdin, sneakers that were the wrong color crunching through the freshly fallen flakes with no care. Not-him looked lost and confused, like he was in the right place, but something was off about it.
He knew the feeling.
Then he saw her. He saw her asleep in his bed, and saw Not-him approach her, watching her, and something inside his soul screamed.

He watched as she realized that Not-him wasn’t him, that he was gone, and that Not-him was there in his place. He watched her vibrant soul dim just a bit, watched as all of her tells that she was about to cry flew right over Not-his head.
It kept trying to talk to him, but he wasn’t willing to tear his eyes away from the window showing him all of his mate that he could see.
He saw as she pleasured herself, fingers plunging deep into her core and thumb circling her clit the way he knew she loved, her breasts heaving and the fat on her thighs shaking as she grew closer to orgasm.
Stars, he wished he was there. He wished he could hear her voice more clearly, calling his name.
He peeked through another window and saw Not-him…touching himself in the very next room. Anger surged through his soul, for how dare he? She wasn’t his to envision, to imagine. She was already spoken for, how could he even think of coveting after something that was already spoken for?
“Sans!”
He missed the moment of climax, and, despite how much he hated himself for it, he couldn’t help but wonder whose name she was calling…
