Still working on DA verses for all my Arthurian bbys.
Isolde would be a healer from Starkhaven. Her mother died when she was young and her father wanted to send her to the Chantry, but she outright refused. He did send her there once but she purposefully misbehaved enough that they sent her back.
Guinevere would be an Orlesian noble who is very skilled at the Game. Behind the scenes, she works toward reform. She was also considered for Chantry life, but as she grew she was determined to be too beautiful, intelligent, and graceful and was instead kept as a way for her family to better themselves by using her marriage to gain influence.
Gawain is a Templar. He was sent to the Order young and initially hated it. However, he grew into the role and became a highly skilled warrior. He is noted as being far kinder to mages than his peers.
Merlin is an Orlesian Circle mage, working under Vivienne. He certainly had enough power to rise to the highest ranks of the Circle, but he lacks ambition. He once considered running from the Circle, becoming an apostate, joining the mage rebellion, but in the end it was just too much trouble.
Morgause is an Altus from Tevinter with aspirations of advancement. Most of these hopes rest on her son, Mordred, who is gifted in magic. She is a skillful manipulator, caring little for anyone but herself.
Mordred is an ambitious Tevinter mage who is already gaining favor from the Archon in order to become a Magister. Much like his mother, he has little interest in anything that does not serve his own interests.
Arthur is a bastard, even if he doesn't know it. All his life he was raised by a minor Ferelden lord, trained to be a knight along with the lord's own son. He was too young to fight in the Fifth Blight, but soon after took his place in the military, rising in the ranks on his own merit, being a gifted tactician and good with the soldiers.
Elaine was at one point a citizen of Tevinter. Unlike her sister, Morgause, Elaine is less ambition and more kind-hearted. Recognizing that there was no place for her in Tevinter, she left her homeland, traveling to Kirkwall and aiding refugees and the poor in any way she can.
