And what about those who merge their packages? Does the s4s thing still work? I've never really used the warehouse thing so I wouldn't know
No it doesn’t. Once the package is merged, S4S will read it all their info as one. It really only works when your viewing an individual package.

No, actually i renamed all of my previous packages when i installed them. Not every cc creator uses a preview, either. So yeah, sometimes it is a bitch to find out and a little time consuming. Also im not doing recolors so why would i ask permission.
Yes sometimes it is, especially when you’ve renamed your packages for whatever reason. @chillissims & @selaronosims were speaking specifically in regards my original post. I’m going to assume they assumed you were joining the conversation about that as well, and not just speaking in general about finding creators thru the way they name their package files.

don't know about TSRW because i don't use it for sims 4. in sims 3 you have the option to put your description for the object. :)
I don’t use it either, but that functionality has not been removed for TS4, so yes, someone could always use that way too. :D

Yea, sadly cas doesnt have that, but if you open the items in S4S, click on warehouse, on the right each creator is listed.
I’ve used that way quite a few times to find creators names. Thank god it’s there!

most creators put their url in description of the package, you can see it in game. so you don't have to use google every time ;) :D

I have conversions sitting in my folder that I haven’t shared because I haven’t gotten permission. It’s not hard. I hate tracking down CC as much as the next guy, so much I have a list of creators that allow me to share cc with my builds. I STILL @ each of them on the download post. Being decent isnt hard.
Yes @selaronosims. I agree with all of that^^^ :D. Being decent isn’t hard. I guess it’s easier for people to not be decent and give credits.
